No sense of customer service. No response. Technician is good when and IF by a miracle you can get a hold of Shannon at the office to schedule you an appointment. If the business is THAT busy thag Shannon cannot keep up, it’s time to hire some help or stop taking on work from warranty companies. All they are doing is messing with people for no reason at all. Hire more people if you’re THAT busy that you can’t answer phones or return calls for weeks.

My A/C unit went out right when it started getting hot. I had to go through my insurance AHS and they set me up with Air One. I got an appt immediately and Rod the owner came out that same day. Unfortunately, my A/C was not an easy fix so replacement parts etc would have to then be approved with the insurance company. Rod made it happen and I just had my A/C unit installed by two of the techinicians, Tyler and Jeff. They were professional and had it set up quickly. I received text messages throughout the time they made the first appt and all thru the process they kept me up to date. I don't think any other company has ever done that for me. I would absolutely recommend Air One. I truly appreciate all they did for me and highly recommend them for any job needed. Thank you!!!

After PG&E turned off my gas I had no stove, furnace, and most traumatizing, no hot water. My home warranty company sent Air One Mechanical the next day. The first tech was very nice and seemed sympathetic to the problem, but left without finishing the job, saying he had to get a part and that he would be back the next morning (not telling me I needed to make an appointment to make that happen). When no one showed up Air One sent Dave out who saved the day, fixing the leak and getting everything up and running so that I could take a hot shower. I have used Air One again and have had great service.

Supposed to install a compressor since September 17th of last year. Part was was available the day they said compressor needed to be replaced. I have 13 children wife is pregnant. I own my own hvac business and found the part myself but I rent and I'm stuck with these unprofessional jerks . They souldent be in business.

This is quite possibly the worst HVAC company. Both myself and the insurance company tried for 10 days to get a response from this company to no avail. They were notified there were health issues at stake during a heatwave where temperatures reached over 100 degrees and air quality was too poor to open windows. They cared not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service. While servicing our furnace, they knocked a wire loose and so our AC would not work. After several attempts trying to call them to ask if they could come fix and nobody ever calling back, we had to hire and pay another company to fix it. Do not bother using this company.
