I highly recommend Third Generation Heating & Air Conditioning. My heater stopped working overnight and I contacted Sierra first thing the next morning. She had a tech out to my house within 2 hours. Caleb is very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided excellent repair services. I will definitely use them again.

We had an A/C condensation plate that leaked through our ceiling and all over the house. We tried to go through another company our home warranty company assigned to our claim. That company was horrible.... so we called Third Generation! They came out same day, did not oversell us or try to commit us to work that didn’t need to be done. They were quick, reliable, honest and so helpful in a stressful situation! Hopefully we don’t have further issues with our A/C, but if we do, we feel very secure knowing that we found Third Generation for all our service needs.

My air conditioner stop working mid heatwave...after calling a few companies I stumbled across Third generation. So glad I did. Serina was awesome and made sure we understood the process every step of the way. The technician (sorry forgot your name) was AMAZING. They let us know what the problem was quickly and clearly. When I called “Thirdgenhvac” for an appointment, I was immediately surprised by the friendliness of the tone and voice answering my call. Sierra gave me an appointment for the next day between 12-4. At 11:30 that day, the phone rang and Sierra told me that the technician is on his way. Rick, the owner and son arrived early. I asked what the service fee was to be, and Rick quoted me a very reasonable service fee amount. I explained to Rick that my AC would start and then quit, then start again and quit again. Both men put on their booties and after about 1.5 hours, Rick, due to his experience and personal interest in finding a solution to this problem had solved it. The problem was of a kind few service people would think of without Rick’s personal dedication and experience. I will recommend Thirdgen HVAC any time and will schedule the company for yearly maintenance or any future needs. And all that for only the most reasonable service fee and no additional charges. It could have been so much worse with someone else. I am so grateful and thankful that I found Thirdgenhvac. Great work Rick, thanks for your honesty and integrity.
