Our service technician Brian came in a timely manner and provided a tune up that showed results immediately. Very friendly and personable, would recommend to others!

I set up a safety check appointment based on a flyer I received in the mail. Having used Greener Solutions before for my mother's house I felt I could trust them to do a good job and give me an honest evaluation of any needs on my almost 25 year old HVAC system. Technician Bret did a very clearly thorough and careful exam, cleaned and blew out some internal components on the furnace, tested electronics, measured a/c temperature and airflow at vents in house, went on the roof where condenser was and tested its components. Since the compressor is on the roof, ive never done maintenance on it in terms of like cleaning out the very fine cooling fins. The air always seemed like it was cool coming from vents. He recommended cleaning the condenser and was able to do that additional service while he was there using a special foaming cleaner and lots of rinsing. The temperature at the house vents after this dropped 5 degrees. I will probably pay for the cost of the service by the improved efficiency of my A/C this summer and be more comfortable too, and less stress on the a/c equipment. So Pro Tip: get your condenser cleaned every year at least, or learn how to do it yourself, and youll save a lot of energy.
So i think I really got my money's worth from the safety check service and additional condenser cleaning.
I put our system on an annual maintenance program which i feel will both save energy and extend the life of my system. If i need to replace my system at some point, I would feel confident asking Greener to do it. They have proven to be reasonable, honest, thorough experts who know what they're doing and how to treat customers right. 5 stars all the way.

It has been a pleasure working with Greener Solutions. They added a new complete system to my house. They did excellent work and were friendly and knowledgeable.

Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. I called them because they had good reviews. The guy came and did his inspection and found out that there was water leaking under my furnace. He wanted me to buy a whole new system for $25,000 just because there was a minor leak. Complete BS. One of my neighbor fixed it for less than $100. It was just a small pipe that needed to be replaced. Don't know how such companies get good reviews. They must be paid.

Julian was a wonderful technician during our maintenance appointment, and Greener Solutions was so helpful in repairing our AC during the heat wave last Summer! I highly recommend!

Bret came out to service our furnace & AC unit, change filters, and evaluate our home for air leaks and other issues that might be effecting how well our system works (and why our energy bill was so unexpectedly high last month).

A couple days later when our furnace wouldn't turn on, he was over in 25 min to assess and get us running again.

Bret was exceedingly kind, helpful, professional, prompt, and went above and beyond in his service. He gave useful, actionable suggestions for next steps we could do ourselves as well as recommended businesses for any work that was out of scope for his business or for us to do ourselves.

While I hope I don’t have to see Bret very often (since it would mean our systems are working well if we don’t see him outside our new seasonal maintenance program!), he is a joy to work with and I know we’re in good hands when he is here.

Technician Julian was prompt, courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also careful to put booties on before entering my house, which was appreciated.
