I have been using EMPIRE HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE for more than 12 years. EMPIRE SERVICES have installed all my heating and air conditioning and ducting. I have been very pleased and happy with all their work... They service my air and heating unit twice a year like "clock work".... Today, I had a whole house "scrubber" installed in my unit.. The Technician "ZACK" (553) was so nice, polite and professional.. ZACH was very clear in explaining everything he did, and answered every question that I asked and made sure he explained it until I fully understood. ZACH was extremely knowledgeable, he did very good quality work and was on time for appointment. ZACH made sure that he took care of all my needs "start to finish"... To me, all the employees at EMPIRE SERVICES are very polite and extremely helpful and I will continue using them for all my heating, air and plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend EMPIRE SERVICES for anybody needing these type of services. Just call EMPIRE SERVICES and talk to "DONNY" and then they will take it from there......I definitely give EMPIRE SERVICES a 5 STAR RATING..

I found this place on Yelp and requested services from them. They sent out a subject by the name of Zach, who apparently has 11 years of experience. Zach came to my house and made some “fixes” that I was not aware of. He added 4 pounds of coolant to the air conditioning unit without asking me, which costed $100 each pound. After the services were done, Zach handed me an invoice for approximately $800. I was confused but still paid. 30 minutes later, after Zach left the Air Conditioning unit went down and stopped working. I contacted the company to complain and they said there was no need for Zach to have done what he did without my permission. The supervision on duty that day was really kind to set me up a free appointment with a manager with experience. They came out and did the “dye” service free for the inconvenience. 2 days later, after the manager had came out and put the dye, he said I had a leak in my AC unit. Zach then came again to do a final estimate of the repairs and he said… listen to this… $2,800.00. He said the AC unit’s compressor was damaged. I told Zach to give me a couple of days to think about it because I actually thought the compressor was damaged…he absolutely fooled me. I called another. A couple of days later, I found an older gentlemen at home depot, who is self-employed and has 25 plus years of experience with air conditioning service. He said he wouldn’t charge me a dime to check the AC unit. After he checks it out, he tells me that this company “Empire Plumbing” was absolutely telling me false information, just to make money. He said my AC unit/system was completely fine; however, he only had to change the condenser, which costed $150.00. After he finished, my AC system in the entire house was working, and still has been working…. How is it possible that I find someone else to do the job for $150.00????? …… $2800.00?????? how in the world?!?!
My point to everyone is beware of this company!!! They will give you false information that this or that is damaged so they can make big bucks…. Shame on all of you!

Had a new furnace installed by John and Tom yesterday! They were on time, very efficient, easy to talk to and ver y patient answering all our questions. Also, they were very careful as not to get anything dirty, nor banging into anything! Keith who had come the day before was also polite and patient!

We had Empire install a new A/C and heating system about 8.5 years ago. We kept up with the yearly service to keep our 10 year warranty active. This year the coil developed a leak. They came out the next day and replaced the coil under warranty. The compressor also sustained damage from the slow leak in the coil, and they changed the compressor under warranty. Brad, Lance, and William were on time and performed good work to get us going again. I have no problem recommending Empire for your HVAC needs.

I want to thank William, Lance and Empire Heating and AC for installing a new air conditioning for our home. They took all the necessary precautions during this pandemic and they took the time to clean everything. They covered up everything as well for protection and safety for us. We are so great full to have people like Will and Lance in this world. My mother is very happy with the new air conditioning. Blessings to you guys, stay well.

Lance, Corie and Zach came out and installed a new Heater and Air Conditioner for us. They were very knowledgeable about the products and hvac in general, and were quick and efficient. They took the time to show how everything worked and gave us tips on ways to save the most energy with our new system. The price we were quoted was the price we paid-no extra hidden costs. I called Empire because my heater stopped working out of the blue. I spoke to Darcy and she scheduled a tech to come out the next morning. It's pretty old but Empire was able to fix it and their prices were very resonable. The service man wore a mask and was very Covid conscious. I appreciate that!

When I called in Don was very friendly and eager to get me help with my heater. You see it’s been very cold lately and my poor cats were shivering I could tell by the concern in Dons voice that he was a cat lover too . He took extra good care of me and made sure to get my heater serviced right away. Now my kitties and I are nice and toasty when you call in make sure you talk to Don he will get you taken care of.

I called Empire when my water heater went out. I spoke with Darcy and she was able to get a plumber to my house within the hour. I was very happy with the speedy service and so happy to have hot water again. Thanks!

I called them to check my sister's heating system, because it wasn't working. The worker Brad came down to check on it and told my sister the valve needed to be replaced and might have to replace the whole unit, for the valve itself he was gonna charge 850. We checked with a second opinion and that worker said Brad disconnected everything and even snipped some wires. Very disappointed and shocked to hear they would do that, especially to a woman that has children, and saw the children.
