Better Air Conditioning & Heating guys are simply the best in town. After getting many bids they were the most professional and reasonably priced. 1-2 years later they are still picking up on the first ring with expert answers and excellent service

Our AC stopped working. Better Air Conditioning & Heating had a reasonable availability. David was wonderful and honest. He was truthful about what we needed and didn't try to get us to pay for anything we didn't need. Definitely going to call him again if we need assistance with our AC in the future. Thank You.

I am not easily impressed but today I am very impressed. Emilio was the tech they sent out. He listened to my explanation of the issue, gave me a knowing nod, and went straight to work. Minutes later he had diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. I am a licensed master electrician of greater than 25 years. That doesn't make me an AC expert, but I know a good hand when I see one. Emilio is better than good. Oh ... and they were super quick to get here too.

At 8:30 AM I called Better Air Conditioning & Heating Heating and Air to come out to our house to inspect our two furnaces and make any necessary repairs. By noon the job was done and the tech was out the door. He was polite and left no mess for me to clean up.

Staff was great called before he came to my house. He is very professional and informative. Showed me how to light my pilot light and use my hall wall heater. The one he came to repair was too old to fix. I would call on them again!

As mentioned I called Better Air Conditioning & Heating as a 2nd opinion. The previous A/C company/one-man Tech was all to happy to scam me. He ""verified"" I had a broken unit and ""low pressure"" indicative of a leak, and proceeded to give me an estimate for 1200 to identify said leak, then another 400 to recharge the system. Mind you, Staff quoted me at half the price along with a disclaimer that identifying the leak might not be 100 percent guaranteed- he could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance and charged me for a non issue and posed as if he located fixed it. I'm beyond grateful. I'm won over with this company."

Adam was on time, communicative and quickly identified and fixed the problem (bad capacitor) in approximately 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service I received and will use Better Air Conditioning & Heating Heating again
