We could not be happier with the customer service provided by Long Beach Heating and Air Conditioning. Their technicians are top notch. Their office staff are friendly and highly efficient. We just signed up for another three year maintenance contract. I love that they call us each year to schedule and come out to check our unit. Thank you for running a professional business!

Their professional was on time and very polite. He did a thorough inspection of our heating/AC unit, told us what items needed attention. We set up follow up appt and same gentleman came by. We have used them for 6+ years and have always been super happy with the service.

Tom came out to review my HVAC system and made some recommendations to service the system and install a a/c “blanket”.
The service tech came out, checked out the heater - all good.
He then serviced the a/c. He installed the blanket and changed out the registers. What a difference the blanket made…it’s so quiet. And the new registers are now aimed strategically to all areas in the living room. Something so simple made such a big difference.

I was first introduced to Long Beach Heating and Air Conditioning a few years ago or so through Angie's list. I was in need of an air conditioning service contractor.
The moment I called I felt the professionalism and the empathy of this company. Understood why I called for service with the intelligent questions I was asked of the problems I was experiencing with my air conditioning system. Once a service call was scheduled and performed I was hooked on their service. The service men were trained professionals as well as neat and clean in their service and clean up. Till today I asked for the same tech because from the times he has been out and solved my air conditioning problems in a timely fashion and their rates are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience. LB Heating & A/C just installed a new Bryant 3-ton Heating and Air Conditioning unit at my building in Signal Hill. They were professional, precise and did the job on time and at the quoted price. In addition, everyone from the owner to office staff and very importantly to the technical crew were very pleasant and easy to work with. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Our Heat Pump AC unit finally failed last June.
Searched the Web and found LB Heating and AC with very good
reviews on Angie's List.
We made an appointment and James came out a week later to check
our unit, it could still be repaired but at a high cost.
James proposed a new energy efficient furnace and AC combination.
The proposal was sent to us in writing and we agreed to the cost
and install date.
Juan and Richard removed the old units and ducting and installed
the new ones.
It took 3 days as promised.
They were very professional and respectful of our floors and walls
inside the house.
Connie in the office did great job with the paperwork.
So far everything works great.
Overall it was a very positive experience

Tom and his staff were awesome to work with. We ran into a couple of problems during the install but Tom and his crew were on top of it and got the job done quickly. The new A/C works great and is much quieter than the old one. I would highly recommend them. Thanks LBH&A!
