I’m a landlord and have used LBHA for several years now. The office staff is very polite and thorough. They worked hard to get my tenants appointments in a timely manner when their heaters were not working during our winter cold seasons. They have replaced 2 heaters that were 70 years old and got the job done in a timely manner. My tenants reported the workers were all very polite and professional. I highly recommend LBHA.

On the day of installation, Sam, Henry and Javier were excellent!!! They were friendly and considerate of our family and our two dogs. When I called and asked for maintenance, I spoke with Kim. I asked for it to be done within two weeks as we were moving. She managed to get us an appointment a few days before our move day. A couple days later, she called back and let me know she was able to schedule a better day since she knew it would be more convenient for us. That is customer service.

The technician who arrived was really nice and answered all my questions. Kim followed up the next day with a phone call and an emailed invoice. If we were staying in town, I would use them every time.

Kiki Morfin arrived on time and wore a face covering which, at 80, I appreciated very much. He explained everything he was doing and asked me to choose one of the thermostats he'd brought with him. He was friendly and polite and did an excellent job. He is a first-rate employee!

I have had a maintenance agreement with Long Beach heating and air for several years. Their service is always great and if you have a maintenance agreement with them I believe you get first priority when there's any kind of an issue going on when you have to call out a service repair person. They recently did some work under my house installing new return ducting. The old ducting had asbestos in it and I wanted that gone. Their crew is always very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone for work done at their home.
