Stout's Heating & Air Conditioning

I read the reviews posted about Stout's before requesting a second estimate to replace my 20 year old air conditioner. I was skeptical because all the reviews were glowing, but I needed a second quote, so I gave them a try. Best "chance" I ever took. I put them through the wringer with my questions, challenging them on items that the other company said needed to be replaced, but that didn't show up on their (Stout's) quote - which was literally 50% less than the first quote! Then I did my due diligence, and confirmed that Stout was right - I didn't need half the things on the first quote. Bottom line: they answered all my questions satisfactorily, installed the new air conditioner the following week, and even the city inspector complimented the job they did. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding. Phone calls were answered or returned promptly, they helped me handle the permit and inspection process, and were patient with all my questions and concerns. I recommend Stout.

Stouts did an install of a mini split system in my home. The cost of the job was exactly what they bid. They showed up on time. They finished the work on time. All of the work was cleanly and professionally done. What more could you ask for?? Stout's Heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent example of how a home improvement contractor should work. A+.

Stout's was able to get a technician out within one day, and the estimate for repairs (and pictures) came just after the inspection was done. Awesome! Amazing work, from the initial phone call through the installation. Stout’s replaced terminally old floor/wall heaters with a Daikin ductless system. Couldn’t be happier. As a general contractor here in santa rosa for 15 years, I have worked with many local HVAC companies. I am looking forward to working with Stout's again in the future. They replaced our heating unit in our home, moving it from the garage to the attic. It was a very painless process and at a very reasonable price. They were great initially. Responsive by telephone. Showed up on time for estimate appointment. Dennis promised to send estimate next day. I followed up several times. No reply. A week later and nothing.

Exceptional company to work with. As a General contractor I prefer to have them help us on every job. Working with their company has been great. They stand behind thier work, and are a professional company 5hat can handle very large to small jobs.
