Joe’s Plumbing & Heating was the best beginning with the call center rep, Phil, who was very informative and helpful. We were able to get a new hot water heater the next day, Sunday. Doniel was our technician. He called when he was coming. He was ahead of schedule but it worked perfectly for us. Doniel assessed everything we needed, gave us a price which was within the phone estimate. He gave us a timeframe to complete and was done 1/2 hour early. Very, very pleased. Highly recommend.
