I called Affordable on Sunday, January 6 and left message that my heating system was out, I called again Monday morning and spoke with a woman, and she explained they could not get to me until Today, Friday, at 10 am. At 10:15 this morning I then called back to find out why they had not arrived. The woman told me they did not have my appointment, and then told me she wasn't sure what happened, but their computers were acting up, and she would get right back to me in a couple of minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, and no call back, I called back and spoke with Bonnie, the owner. She explained I had no appointment, and that they had someone out sick, and they couldn't get to me until Tuesday because they were booked on Monday. Horrible customer service. They made nothing but excuses, and would not accept responsibility for their mistake, and would not find a way to accommodate me, even though I have had no heat for a week, and now need to find a new heating company. Having run a business for thirty years, I know what customer service is all about, and Affordable Heating is doing a very poor job.
The team from beginning to end was clean, polite, professional and FAST! They did a great job and were very friendly and answered all of our questions. Thank you all very much!
