I had a problem with my water heater that resulted in having no hot water. The error message on the unit indicated an ignition failure. The company sent over a plumber with limited experience troubleshooting. The first thing he did was phone technical support for help. He spoke with a technician, then another, then another, then another, over the course of three hours. He ended up having to be walked through diagnostics and a simple procedure, adjusting the gas to air ratio. That seemed to resolve the problem. Later that night, the same error recurred. The plumber returned the following afternoon, this time to replace the water heater. I had phoned the company to find out when but the message wasn’t returned. He was only able to finish the installation after working an hour overtime. But no, another error: he hadn’t fitted the piping from the exhaust vent correctly.

Three months later I noticed the water heater had started to leak. The company sent over two plumbers to troubleshoot the problem. The leak originated from the seal around the heat exchanger. After consulting with a technician, they decided to replace the unit – the third time in two years.

Needed to help some family members to find the cost of a job.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their technicians were able to solve a difficult plumbing mystery in a 3 story building, built in the 50s, and no sewer clean out plugs to be able to get into the main sewer line were the blockage was occurring. We had sewer and grey water backing up, coming down from the 2nd and 3rd floors, and it was a difficult situation as one of the apartments had a hospice patient with a caretaker, and no place to move them too. Lee & Sons sent out two of their technicians right away, and even though the building didn't have sewer clean out plugs, they were able to find a way into the main sewer line to clean the blockage. And they did it for a very fair rate. I highly recommend Lee & Sons Plumbing and will definitely be using them again. I can't thank you and your team enough. Thank you!
