AJAX was extremely professional, prompt, accommodating, and knowledgeable! Bill came out to my house, looked the situation over, and gave me an accurate, and honest assessment of the condition of my wine cellar refrigeration. The admin staff and entire AJAX team was very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend!

We run a business at the Airport. An Ice Machine is essential. Ours broke and we have been promised by Ajax that they would come out the "next morning." It broke Saturday when we called them. it's now Thursday. The next *afternoon* after not hearing anything, I called them back. "we promise to be out there the next morning." And now here I am again. Pushing noon and no call and no show form these guys. I call them and their lines are constantly busy. Why hire a company like this when they aren't there when you need them? It's 100 degrees here today. Our customers NEED ice. I would have no problem adjusting this review if they would just either A) Stay in contact with me. B) answer their phones or C) show up when they say they will. all basic skills needed to keep clients. I've seen none so far.
