Chill HVAC and Refrigeration

My 20 year GE Monogram built in fridge is running like new!! My fridge was running too cold when I called Chill HVAC. Sam came out the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and returned a few days later to fix our fridge. He replaced a broken part, performed a cleaning and changed the compressor! He was thorough and efficient. I highly recommend this company to service your refrigerator!! I will definitely keep Chill HVAC in mind for any future repairs.

Victor was very fast and professional. He was clear on what the issue was with my dryer, how long it would take to fix, and the price. He dose quality work and fixed my dryer quickly. He also noticed that my fridge needed some maintenance and offered to help clean it up for a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend.

Sam, my technician, was friendly and professional, showing and explaining to me what was wrong with my fridge. They ordered my part and got me on for the repair visit. My 5 year old Kenmore side by side refrigerator/freezer started acting up. The freezer side wouldn’t stay cold and eventually both sides warmed. I called Chill HVAC and Refrigeration at 8 am when they opened and Jack was at my door by 9:11 am! Jack quickly determined that my compressor had failed. Took great time to explain the issue and no pressure to sell the repair. Said he had the part and was back in three hours to replace the compressor. Gave me what I felt was a fair quote. Very respectful of my home and friendly/kind service. Very knowledgeable and I’d recommend if you need refrigeration service/repairs.

It was my first time and I had a terrific experience with Kevin. My fridge stopped cooling overnight and he promptly came over the same day.

I appreciated his transparency by going through every detail and strategized and on the best way forward. The fridge unexpectedly had other unexpected failures and had to take longer but Kevin stayed, came back over 2 days to make sure everything is working properly.

We had an issue in our AC unit. Chill hvac were quick to respond and sent Victor, who was able to diagnose and fix the system (needed a starter unit replacement).

A power outage fried our fridge, washer and hood and this company was the first to respond and get someone out right away. Sam came and spent as much time as needed getting everything repaired and he came out multiple times to make sure everything was working fine. He was also very responsive and friendly.

During the last 4 weeks I called Chill HVAC two times for separate reasons given their fast and reliable service. During both the interactions I was very pleased. Victor showed up on a weekend within 3 hrs. of calling to repair my furnace. He is very knowledgeable and quick at diagnosing and getting the job done. He is punctual and polite. I called him second time last weekend to repair by Kenmore Elite refrigerator which stopped cooling. He showed up on time as promised and replaced the compressor and my fridge is working perfect now. Their pricing is reasonable, and I am impressed by Victor's service, and speed and would recommend Chill HVAC for all HVAC related work.

I invited Victor to maintain my household appliances. And despite the holidays - Victor came and did everything at the highest level. I am very grateful to this company for the excellent service!
