Freeer is making snow. Sam came out quickly and gave us good tips, but could not find the issue. Hopefully it resolved. Update-it started giving us the same “H” error about 30 minutes after Sam left.

The technician, Kevin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although my fridge was not fixable, he explained what the issue was and I felt very comfortable with his explanation.
