They have explained problems with a mini-split that was or is improperly installed by another vendor. The tech came out and throughly diagnosed the problems, temporary gave me air/heat. I am pending legal actions closure with the other vendor and will have them to reinstall my systems. I trust no other. they were forthcoming from the start. thank you a nuch for your amazing services!!!

My unit was not working so I contacted them and te individual that answered the phone was great, they provided services immediately or able to get out and get my upstaurs AC back running for me with just small part repair. I also signed up for their star membership. Highly recommendable!!!
