When it came to our appointment, the personnel was incredibly kind and on time. They were quite explicit in their explanations of what required improvement and what was functioning properly. Awesome customer services and very professional as well. Had been having isses with keeping my house cool. After talking with the tech and have discussed how much my system was actually csoting in repairs as well as my electric bill, decided to go with new two stage system. I could not be happier , have already seen a dramatic drop in my electricity bill which is great considering summer is here.

Very professional team. They were quick to answer all my calls and have fix my AC issues promptly. I had a capacitor problem and hard start kit and they got it solved in a short period of time. I would really appriciate what Air Star now done for me.

This is some really good people. Well, AC broke and I had somebody come out for free to tell me I needed a new one and it was going to be $18,000!!! I was gonna die in heat my good friend recommended me this company. And I am so happy and would def recommend them again for sure!!! I didnt have to pay$1000! My AC is blowing cold on me right now so you call them. and stay away from them big name. 😚

The tech was professional and prepared well.. He carefully followed a step by step method of reviewing our AC system, made sure every aspect of the system is functioning and expained what and why he was doing each of the actions he took. He the even assisted us to create the necessary connections with our phone apps to have control of the new thermostat he installed. Thank you a bunch guys!!!

We had an emergency last night and located their company through a google search. Our AC was back up and running in 30 minutes thanks to their crew, who arrived on the scene and immediately recognized the problem. When our air conditioner was serviced a month ago, our regular service provider should have seen the problem. They were genuinely kind and kind. All additional services with this company will be accepted going forward. Thanks!

They were prompt, professional and very easy to work with. They have explained all the options for a house of our size/age, what work would be entailed, as well as they are specidic recommendations. The entire process was smooth and simple,a nd now my house is once again cool and comfortable!!! Can't recommend them enough!!!

Called at 8am for an A/C issue as I was referred to them by my local plumber. Crew was here and resolved by noon. Professional, prompt and perhaps the most reasonably priced around. Thank you very much and will only use them for all HVAC needs going forward.
