Wish I could give zero stars. Assigned by my Home Warranty company to repair my furnace, the first tech seemed good, he ordered parts and said someone would be back in a week or so. It took several calls and an entire month for another tech to appear with the parts, then a third part failed. After that I was never able to get the company to return my calls, even after complaining to the warranty company (who are also terrible). Beware!

Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE

I love my home warranty company but this is their preferred vendor. After reading reviews I was worried about working with them but I had no choice. They came out for a second opinion on my unit and the technician was decent, no complaints, however he did not actually diagnose the problem with my furnace and it's still blowing cold air for hours after its shut off (fan stuck on) .... so I have called and left multiple messages and after 3 messages received NOcall back. It's been over a week.

I finally got a hold of someone today who was no help and seemed not to care at all about the fact that no one was returning voicemails.

The other reviews I read detailed sketchy service techs and less than honorable billing practices.

So if you can.... avoid these people. I used Monaco Heating And Air and they were much more professional.

My home Fidelity assigned this company, I called to follow up & receptionist gave me a time & date but they didn't come. The next day she said the technician came I told her nobody came, I waited for him, she said they came but it was a wrong address. So, she set up another date but nobody show up. I called the office AGAIN the lady said she didn't give me a schedule & she hang up on me.The lady was RUDE. If there's a rate
ZERO I WILL GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO. They don't have manners. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you have a hypertension take your meds before calling them LOLS!

Fidelity assigned Rose Heating and Plumbing to do the job. They took weeks, if not months to do the job. Meanwhile, portable electric heaters were used to heat my 90-year old Mom’s home.

A closer inspection revealed air leaks around the replaced ductwork and plenum, the electric connections don’t meet code, and the A/C unit is a mismatch for the furnace. Overall, the workmanship and materials used was poor.

Lastly, the furnace keeps shutting down, so Mom has to get up in the middle of the night, go outside to unplug and plug the furnace to restart the system.

I’ve had two local Santa Rosa reputable HVAC firms verify we should remove the entire furnace and A/C, and replace with new and dispose the recently installed new furnace and new A/C by Rose Heating and Plumbing.

Original installers and sold this system. First waited for 2 wks to get an appt. Gave me an 8-11am window. Called them to reconfirm at 9am and put on hold two times for 10+ min. Was assured they’d come today. When I called office again at 11 they said they would try to get hold of technician and give me ETA. NO ONE ever called back or showed up and I’ve taken the day off just to meet them. When I called office at 2:30pm about their lack of professionalism I was hung up on. They don’t deserve to be in business. Zero star is too high- they belong in minus category for service

This place is by far the worst company to deal with. Especially the owner. He was the nastiest person you can speak to. I wouldn't choose this place if it was the last! This company should be closed down! The office personnel is so unprofessional. No calls back at all! I had to keep calling until someone answered. The only reason why the owner called me is because I reached out to the BBB. He was so upset! He was telling me nasty things. So unprofessional! Beware people!!!!!

One of worst company to work. My home warranty company fidelity assigned them. They took 10 days to come and when came they don't have tools. Now wait for another Saturday Sunday ... And Monday if their rude receptionist agree then you get service.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Took the part to replace and never came back. I Called every week, they made an appointment to come back and didn’t show up and claimed I didn’t have an appointment. Will not return calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, terrible customer service, not professional and will not return calls.

Doesn't do good work, and doesn't pay their employees. One of their employees contacted me, after service and said he hadn't been paid. Worst HVAC company in the world.
