I am in a complex and my knob that turns on the water in shower broke off. They called out THA, an Oliver came out and fixed a plumbing issue that resulted in new toilet and shower faucet kit! He went above and beyond replacing it with a better toilet and shower head then the one we had before. He was hard working, kind and made sure everything worked top notch before leaving. I highly recommend this company! the customer service and work is highly valued.. THANKS THA!!!

We used this company to jet our our main drains after the last big rains. They did a fantastic job. Neat and tidy. Very personable. I highly recommend their technician Daniel. He did a great job. We have had them out numerous times for a variety of heating and air issues over the years and have always been pleased with their service.

DO NOT use this company. SDGE has better technicians than these guys. Instead of replacing my wall heater they decided that the "booming" was due to incorrect venting so they totally revented the system, put in a new thermostat (3rd thermostat since 2004) and gas leakage detector. SDGE came out to inspect and noticed that there was a delay in the ignition. Hector, one of their technicians argued with SDGE guy. SDGE showed him. This was in May 2021. From Sept 2021 to April 2022 I was out of state caring for elderly parents so the heater didn't get ran. Tried to run it in Oct 2022 but it wouldn't turn on. THA Santiago came (was early) and fixed electrical issue. It did go boom when he turned it on but he acted like it was normal. It wasn't under warranty (only 1 year) and the CARE program expired so it cost me $98. Sometime later it went boom again and I called SDGE because it was obvious that THA didn't fix the original issue and charged SDGE a bunch of $ to revent the system. SDGE tagged out the system as unsafe due to floating pilot light (not secured) and not the right ignition mechanism. I called THA and they said they would order the part. This was Jan 17, 2023. A week goes by and no word. I called on the 24th and they said the part is on order and they'll check with technician to see when it will be in and call me back. 26th no response so I call them back and 2 people later I get the story that I need a new heater. And I was told they left me a message on the 25th. I never received a message. In 2004 a wall heater cost $1200. Who knows how much one will cost now. They knew I needed a new heater but they were willing to let SDGE pay for reventing when clearly that was not the problem. In the meantime it is in the low 40s at night! Repeat: DO NOT CALL THA!!! They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They're happy to charge SDGE thru the CARE program---our tax $$$$ at work!!!!

THA is great and I highly recommend them. We wanted central air and heating installed in our home, which was built in 1933. We spent quite a while getting quotes from other companies before we came across THA. Some of the other companies never got back to us and the ones that did were pushing us to go for split units.

The initial consultation by Matt was by far the easiest one we experienced. He let us know that installing central HVAC would be no problem, even in our old house. Matt was very professional and his years of experience showed as easily assessed our house and got back to us quickly with a quote. Not only that, but they quoted us for almost $5k less than the other companies were estimating for installing central HVAC. Scheduling the work was also very easy and painless.

They just completed our installation and the experience could not have been better. Wes and Luis installed our central heating, air, and did all the duct work. They were very communicative at each step of the process, super friendly, and did a great job finishing the work without interrupting our work-from-home schedules. They seemed to really enjoy their job and it is apparent that THA treats their employees well.

I really cannot recommend THA enough and will be using them for my future plumbing and HVAC maintenance needs.

I Had to have THA come out for an emergency plumbing issue. Oliver Rios showed up really fast and was very professional and kind. He was very respectful of the property and you wouldn’t haven even known he was here at all, he left his work space clean and just how he found it. I don’t know much about plumbing, so he walked me though what he was doing and explained everything. Great worker and was very professional.

Overpriced. Just paid $89 for a capacitor that can be found at other places for $35 tops. The lady behibd the desk said: these are a little pricey and i asked how much is pricey and she replied $189;;; when I told her I could buy four of those for that price and I was going away she decided to text her boss and got the price down to $89; I was still going to walk away but decided to buy it because of real necessity. I can understand charging that price including labor of installation but in this case the were not installing anything. What a rip off. Will never do bussines with again. No thanks.

Great service from Oliver R. He was on time despite a busy schedule. Very professional and nice, explained everything he was doing and possible outcomes. I would definitely use THA again, but hopefully my daughter won't flush any more toys down the toilet ;)

The THA crew was super courteous and professional installing my whole house re-pipe after our second slab leak. The price was better than others I called. Dave Ontiveros proved to be very knowledgeable from the first phone call to the estimating, to the final walkthrough. the other two hard workers, Jose Rivera and Oliver Garces were the nicest service guys you could have in your house!
