Big City HVAC & Appliance Repair

They never showed up and did not call for their scheduled appointment. They instead apologized and rescheduled. The technician showed up this time, worked on the dishwasher, claimed it was fixed, and left without leaving a receipt. The dishwasher was not fixed and had the same exact issue but I was out a couple hundred now. I've been told multiple times that the technician (I called 2 minutes after he left) would reach back out to me and later was told two times that a manager would reach back out to me and have heard nothing from either.

I am very disappointed, disheartened, and upset as this all feels like a scam.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
The guy showed up for 5 minutes (unannounced, not even the correct time of my appointment) and demanded $100. This company is dishonest and frauds

Terrible communication and a lot of dishonesty with this company. Big headache, waste of money and it felt criminal. Do not use them!
