Called to check my microwave. The on-call support person didn’t seem to have enough knowledge and was on call with another agent for almost entire duration. Didn’t see testing any parts for faults but said 2 parts need replacement. Quoted 500 for getting magnetron which is pretty high. Got it done for much lesser cost elsewhere. Definitely won’t recommend for microwave issues especially if you have to pay high 85 dollar service fee

Omega appliance repair did an outstanding job fixing our refrigerator. I called multiple times for a different problem and always deliver a good result. They were on time, the service person was cordial, professional , and skilled. He replaced my Samsung ice maker, the switch unit for the ice /water dispenser also replaced the cooling fan due to ice build up. It has been 2 weeks now since the repairs were completed and everything is working great. I give this company a rating of 10 out of 10!!!"

Called because our LG refrigerator stopped cooling, they sent a tech out that afternoon who was able to diagnose and fix the problem with parts they had on hand. Appreciate the quick response and getting us running again the same day.

My dryer stopped working showing LF as the issue even though both lint filters were cleaned. He thought it was a problem of the filter making contact, he suggested his taking everything apart and cleaning it, which at first I thought might be an expensive and unnecessary thing. But I soon saw it was filled with lint internally. I asked how often we should have it professionally cleaned, and he suggested every two years. (Who knew?). He took very good care of the machine and was very professional.
