Josh was very friendly and professional. I have consulted with him several times in the last 3 years and every single time he would spend time with me answering all my questions and concerns. He performed maintrnance on my AC systems in 2022 at a very reasonable charge. I felt very sad that he left Riverside for San Diego. Lucky for SD people! Still he said I could reach out to him for HVAC questions! I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone I know.

Josh came out quickly, assessed the issue, and provided a solution. He was honest and very professional. Great service! We will definitely be calling him with any future AC issues.

We had an outdoor condenser unit that would not come on, so after reading reviews of Josh’s work, I gave him a call. He responded promptly, & came out the next morning and assessed that the capacitor was bad. he was able to replace it and get our unit up and running again. He was very knowledgeable & explained things in a way that I was able to easily understand. I appreciate that he is willing to try to repair it rather than automatically suggesting that everything needs to be replaced. Will definitely be using Josh again!

We had an issue on a weekend with our AC. I really did not think I would find anyone to come out to do a service for us. I read some great reviews on Nextdoor. I sent an email with my phone number. Josh called and was able to come over same day. He was able to fix the issue and tune up our unit. Josh was reasonably priced and prompt. He even came back to the front door with a package that was dropped at the gate. Above and beyond 5 star service!

Let’s face it, finding a reliable HVAC company that prides itself on earning customers’ trust is beyond difficult. A friend recommended Flaherty Heating and Air and believe me, I will be sending her a huge thank-you gift. Josh stopped by the day I called and inspected my HVAC system. We discussed some solutions and I did not feel pressured or talked down to. Josh emailed me a written quote. Installation date for new units was set for four weeks out since my (really) old HVAC units were still working. I just had a feeling it was time to replace them with new energy-efficient units. Turns out I was right. I was on a family trip the next weekend and the AC quit; as in never to work again! I contacted Josh and he replaced both AC and heater immediately even though it was scheduled for later AND it was the middle of the busy hot summer. He also replaced additional heater venting that was incorrect and unsafe. Best customer service ever! Josh even called after units were installed to make sure I was satisfied on how the units were working. Very pleased; definitely recommend Flaherty Heating and Air!

If I could give Josh 6 or 7 stars I would. He saved my life. He’s the best AC technician I ever seen. My AC stopped working this afternoon and I had an emergency so I was not able for the next day let me just say I called at least 11 companies that were supposed to be available in the nearest cities and he was the ONLY one in the whole area who was able to fix my AC in the same night he was so prepared I didn’t even have to go and buy an additional capacitor or some other tool he fixed my AC in the same night he only took a few minutes to fix it some other AC technician would have taken years he is so ready he has everything you need you don’t need to buy anything I highly recommend him don’t even look somewhere else the best part is that Josh has an amazing affordable price please contact him I’m forever thankful with him
