Our installers Eric, Andrew, and Ralph were considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. Kevin our sales person was patient, helpful and kind during a process complicated by our HOA and the permit process. However, they all made the process much more palatable. My 3 year old thermostat died around 4 pm in the afternoon.. My HVAC was purchased, installed and maintained by air plus. I have a 10 year extended warranty. I called in to the answering service, and received a prompt call back and an appointment set up for the next morning came through my messages within one hour. A new thermostat was installed the next morning at 9 am, and all is well. I can't get service even approaching this ANYWHERE ELSE! Love you, Air Plus!

At the beginning i wasn’t a super happy camper as they came twice to try to fix my furnace unit, however they explained and reached out to both me and my fiancée about what had happened, the fact that James the owner did everything he could to keep us as clients was amazing!!! I definitely would recommend their services as they take it seriously. We are extremely satisfied for their service and quick response to make everything so smooth

Ralph always does a fantastic job and today's visit no different. He showed up on time, and performed the HVAC maintenance. Afterwards he explained what was done, and checked to see if I had any questions.

I always recommend AirPlus when people ask me for a good HVAC company that they can trust!

Ralph, Andrew and Eric were polite and clean and prompt. They did a great job. They had some difficulty installing a new cable to the thermostat, but they handled it well And got it done.

I have used Air Plus in the past and they have always done an excellent job for me. Andrew did a good job of diagnosing my heating problem and spent plenty of tme checking my system to get it operating again. I will continue to use Air Plus and will recommend them to others.

These guys were very efficient. Jim, Dorian and Ralph came for an A.C. maintenance visit, with duct updating and blown in attic insulation. Another company estimate (from the guys we all see on TV) recommended I redo everything, that my ducting all had to go, for multiple thousands of dollars. I found Jim to be honest and reasonable in his estimate, with determining the ducting itself was newer, no need to replace it, but airflow and duct connections could be redone. These guys were in and out within 4 hours. I work from home, and there was little noise nor disruption to my day.

I cant say enough good things about Air Plus heating and Air. They recently installed a ductless multi zone unit in my place in Mission Beach. Jim was very thorough in evaluating what I was looking to achieve and really spent the time doing a thorough walk through on the initial consultation. This in addition to his knowledge and overall friendly nature is really what convinced me they were the right company for the job. The installation and setup was top notch and now keeps my second story older unit, with minimal insulation very cool even with the windows open

I would recommend Air Plus for any heating & cooling needs as this company displays the upmost professionalism, which is very important to me when i am opening up my home to someone.

Excellent Service. Timely and Responsive. Diagnosed our heater problem and ordered and installed the correct replacement part. Followed up to see if we were satisfied with the service that we received. We would highly recommend Air Plus Heating & Cooling.

Mark came and diagnosed the problem with my compressor which stopped running. There was a loose connection on the circuit board and that the freon needs ltopping of just 2 lbs.

My unit is about 30 years old, and Mark told me that the unit (Day & Night) is still in good working condition, and there is no need for repair.

We will have a cool A/C and be ready for the summer days.

The honestly of this company is what I value the most. The technician could have said that I need a new compressor which is believable considering the age of the unit or they could say that the freon is completely empty. You can be sure that they only replace (if any) the parts IF it needs replacing and not scaring customers for unnecessary expenses.

BTW, Mark is very professional in his work, friendly and has great personality.
