Felipe Alfaro is a total professional! He came out and fixed a burned out wire and replaced my solenoid. And cool air once again! Felipe is honest and trustworthy in my opinion.
Another A/C company came out yesterday and told me I needed a whole new unit at $22,000!!! With a straight face!!! Without even touching or opening the unit up to check!!! And then left my family and I in this unbearable heatwave!!! Felipe shows up, I explain what the issue was, he opens up the unit and shows me a burned out wire and tested existing solenoid and found that it’s not working. Replaced both and boom! Cold air! I had a prior technician from Air one come to my home and try to sell me a $10,000 air conditioning unit because mine allegedly failed. When I requested an estimate for the same unit I had, they stopped communicating. I was fortunate to connect with Filipe he asked if he could confirm that my unit was shot. Felipe found my capicitor had failed he repaired on the spot- my cost was $225.00!! Highly recommended Superior Mechanical. If I could have exceed 5 stars I would have.

Excellent HVAC contractor in San Bernardino, CA! Always on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, Felipe is the best mechanic on the planet. The customer service goes above and beyond what other companies offer. We have done everything with Superior Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning from a phone call to troubleshooting an issue (which usually ends up being our error) to having Felipe come and service our units. He taught us the importance of regular maintenance, and because of Superior Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning we stay comfortable all year. We have tried other companies, but that will not be a necessity in the future.
