The service technician Claudia came and she was very prompt and thorough. She was very attentive to detail and you could sense that she took pride in her work and doing the best job she could do. She was very personable and courteous and she was very patient with answering questions.

Claudia showed up to fix our air conditioning unit and did a fantastic job. She was on time and very pleasant. She call a half hour before showing to let us know she was coming. She fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. When she finished she made sure to answer any questions we had. This was a fantastic experience. Superior Mechanical was great to work with from start to finish. I will definitely call on them again if we have another issue.

We had an entire AC / Heating system installed last week. Felipe has been awesome! Easy to work with and dependable. His workers are awesome as well. They all got along great, worked well together, kept us informed, & helped to make things as convenient as possible during the installation. In addition their pricing was very fair - way better than some of their largest competitors. We highly recommend this company!

Claudia came out to our home and serviced our AC. We were having issues with our upstairs unit, it wasn’t turning on, and she was able to solve the problem for us!
