The only reason im not giving them a 1 star is because they actually refunded the half hour of labor their mechanic never did. Fernando has 30 years of experience working at thermo king, and claims that he can visually see everything and see whats wrong, without actually TESTING the alternator or battery, or cables on my reefer. So he charges a half hour of labor which is 72 bucks, and 1 book hour of labor to replace the alternator. Well Fernando your 30 years of experience is no good if you charge customers for your gravy work. You are the reason mechanics get such a bad rep.

Got me in right away, fixed the problem we had with our APU, and off we went.

My bunk heater quit working and I had a lay day in Salinas so I went to TK. They got me right in but took 2 hours to run diagnostics. They said it needed cleaning and maintenance. 5 hours and $700 later they sent me down the road. It worked for exactly one day. Next time in Salinas I went back in. It threw the exact same error codes but this time they said the Espar heater had to be replaced to the tune of $2000. I passed. Three days later they called and said the unit was obsolete and they could not get the part. This was for a 2014 T680, give me a break! Life is too short to deal with liars and thieves.
