I had a question on regards to my thermo king unit, i reached out to their service department and got the answers i needed, really professional and polite folks

Excellent, prompt, economical service.
Needed an evac on a vehicle for service on short notice. Arrived within the hour, collected refrigerant and were gone in no time. They do have a 1 hour minimum that we were happy to pay.

Pretty good first experience. Got what I needed, at a much lower price. Friendly staff. Next time my trailer needs service, I will definitely come back here.

Absolutely EXCELLENT! got me on my way with a reefer than runs well and the man who did my repairs is awesome and Courteous. Also the sweet lady in the office, very kind and efficient. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

I wanna say JUAN, is amazing, its friday the friday before labor day,
I pull into the parking lot, this man is walking towards me as i get outta the truck, he said "whats up boss"
I tell him the issues and BAM immediately starts working on it, goes above and beyond my expectation for a mechanic, Teaches me about how the reefer unit works and what to look for.
I must say that he should be a trainer, guy in charge, idk PAID VERY WELL I HOPE, becuz customer service like that is rare.
You are blessed to have him on your team, and he has the best attitude for the job.
