I'm writing this review as I sit in my attic watching my furnace work flawlessly. I really appreciate Al for going above and beyond by calling around to find the inducer blower and high limit switch I needed for my furnace. I had them on order through other means but, the soonest I could get them with expedited shipping was 2 days later. Al quoted me 30 bucks more but it was well worth it to ensure my family and I would not have to endure 2 frigid nights of sleep, not to mention the A+ customer service. In total from initial phone call to pick up, it took roughly 3 hours. An additional hour to swap out the parts when I arrived home, and my previously frost bitten fingers are able to leave this 5 star review of Standard Appliances. Thanks again, fellas.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. They quoted a price on the phone, and I go to the store and they’re trying to charge 1.5 times that price. Very misleading. Very disappointing and a waste of time. I guess you got a wonder why there’s no prices on any other items, so they can rip their customers off. And Stan has got to be the least professional employee I’ve ever seen. Very bitter guy that needs to find a different place.

Sam went above and beyond trying to help me find a door gasket for my Admiral fridge - which Admiral has quit producing! It was very much appreciated. Alas, he didn't find one, but it wasn't for lack of trying! Thanks, Sam!

These guys were great!! I use to do hvac about 20 years ago and needed parts on my own system, only place in town that would sell to a non contractor. Also the guy made sure it was installed correctly walked me through the steps because I was second guessing. And tested the parts before sale. Great place noting bad to say.

Called ahead 10 mins before closing. They had the parts I needed and stayed open so that I could get our heater going. Not only did they stay open, but upon arrival gave me tips and a quick explanation of the installation process. Prices were competitive with online + the explanation was well worth coming. I've been ordering parts here for years and I'm always pleased with the service and reliability of parts being there when you need them.

Purchased HVAC Capacitor here today; charged $50. Amazon has it for $19, and granger around $20. Didn’t make a fuss because I like to support the local stores, but this is just pure and simple greed. I’m not willing to go broke for some guy charging way over the average price of parts and will never shop here again if can help it.

Called to see if they had a part and gentleman sounded in a hurry. Tried to just give me their address to go in and afterwards I asked if he had the part because I don't live in the area and looked it up and gave me one price. Then I call back because forgot to ask if it was same brand and another gentleman answers and gives me an higher price. To ke they are just randomly pulling prices out of their heads whatever comes up.

First, Standard Appliance was open on Saturday! They had the transformer I needed in stock! Mario was extremely helpful. As usual the wires on the new one did not match the colors or number of wires from the old one. Mario set up the new one for me with wire nuts and connectors. He explained it the simplest way possible. He was patient with my questions, which I am sure he has heard a thousand times! Super nice guy, would highly recommend! Got home, put it in and successfully have my AC up and running again! Will definitely be going here for my appliance and HVAC needs. Thank you Mario!
