    Very quick and friendly service for AC not working. Technician told me the AC filter dirty and needed cleaning. He told me the charge would be a little more than $300 for him to do it or he could teach me for nothing more than the diagnostic fee. Very nice and honest guy. I didn't know the outside filter needed cleaning. Just hosed it out in a few minutes.

    I had a couple of issues with my AC/heat pump and scheduled an appointment for June 13, 2018. Bernie called me mid-morning on June 11, 2018 to see if I was available for the service call that day. I said I was. Darryl showed up within the hour of the appointment. He had serviced our system previously for a different problem, so I knew him from then. He was his usual friendly and professional self. I told him that there was a clanging sound every time the AC ran and also that the fan would not run. He went to work right away and fixed the problems within 30 minutes! Best of all, he only charged me for the basic service call fee! I highly recommend these friendly and professional folks for any plumbing, heating, air conditioning problems.

    He just left my mother’s very old house which of course has very old original plumbing. He was wonderful. He checked over the issues we are having. Then, in a conference call with our caregiver and me, he explained exactly what Is happening. He was sensitive to the fact that any major work in this house is, at this point in time, not something we want to do. I especially appreciated his attitude. He was not condescending. He was polite and experienced. We are very pleased our issue will be fixed tomorrow.

    I also thank the McDonald management who salvaged trust we lost yesterday after another plumber had an unfortunately bad experience with us. He, I’m sure is an excellent plumber, while customer service experience is learned over years of house calls. He has a good mentor in Laird.

    Darryl and Eduardo were exceptional. This was the first time I used this company and I was very impressed. They came right out, the team work was great. They were both professional, knowledgeable and explained my air conditioner issue in clear and concise detail. The office team was great too. I would highly recommend them.

    I had a "courteous" tune-up of my newly heating system.
    The lady was very nice, unfortunately she checked the AC system (we never use), but not the heather.. The AC system is outside the house, the Heating system in the attic. This was strange; the Ac we have is old,, not used by us;.
    I though someone will come and really check sand tunes-up the heater.

    I have to make changes in my review: The company called; they informed me that the service was for the AC unit; the hitter will be tuned-up in October. This was very thoughtful of them, especially that the AC was not from their company.
    I must emphasize this: I was very , very pleased with the Hitting system I bought from MOORE: very silent and efficient, easy to control.
    The sales representatives were very knowledgeable, very friendly
    and polite.
    The same for the installation team: very professional, friendly, and clean.
    They vacuumed the house after the installation.
    I strongly recommend this company, first class equipments and service.
    They deserve an A+.

    Update: this was 2 stars but then they emailed me with a super predatory "friends and family offer" to try to get me to take my review down. Nope.
    We got a quote for a hot water heater that was almost 4x the going rate. We got 3 other estimates all were at lease $1,500 less than Moore's quote. The plumber himself was timely and professional. I could see hiring them to replace my grandma's hot water heater, but if you have Google, you will quickly see they are greatly over priced.

    McDonald PHAC sent a plumber to us quickly after we called about our clogged kitchen drain. Bryan was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable, keeping me advised of each step of his investigations and eventual clearing of the problem. I would not hesitate to call McDonald again if we need assistance with plumbing, heating or air conditioning problems. They were recommended by two of our neighbors, and we will be recommending them now too.

    I recently bought my 1st home and I wanted to get a second opinion on a quote I got with a different company. Not only did Darryl provide awesome feedback he went above and beyond to provide me with info that actually saved me money on repairs. The previous quote we recieved was incorrect by the other company with unnecessary repairs there was a claim of my unit needing repairs when it was replaced in 2018.

    I sent a email online about a coupon for a free second opinion and I was able to get a next day appointment. They even did a courtesy call to let us know the technician was 30 minutes away. I would highly reccomend this company and plan to use them for any future repairs and regular maintenance of our hvac unit.

    Matt and Mark installed out new duct work on June 15-16. Both were very professional and polite. They took care to keep our carpets clean and then cleaned up after the work was completed. We were very satisfied with this experience. We would definitely be happy to have these two men work in our home again.

    This is a great company. Our tankless water heater stopped working despite having both power and gas. I called McDonald and they sent Eduardo out same day. Prior to his arrival, I received a call that he was on his way as well as an email with Eduardo's photo so I would know who to expect. He was very very nice and he easily fixed our tankless water heater on the spot and for a very fair price. He was also very professional, presenting me with the business card upon arrival and just being very patient and helpful. In the end all payment was electronic on an I pad - quick and easy. Great experience and would use them again! I should also mention that Bernadette, who I spoke to on the phone to book the appt, and she called me to notify me Eduardo was on his way, was very friendly.
