These guys are what most HVAC companies are lacking, and should aspire to be. We have dual thermostats, and they were having issues being on at the same time. At the coldest time of the season, our house was freezing at night, and with small kids in the house, it was urgent we got it checked. Mind you, we have had this issue before, only to be told we couldnt run both floors at the same time ?? Which we thought was total BS. we ended up calling Chris, we got his info from a friend, and he came out within a couple hours (I have waited days with other companies). Chris came in, and had it fixed within an hour. It was a very simple problem (I have no idea what the terminology was) and he gave info on what to look out for in the future, but as of today, still no issues. I regret it took me so long to write this review, because I hope more people read reviews and hire based on that. When I say I have had numerous companies come here, feed me a load of nonsense, and still charge a ridiculous fee, I mean it. I truly didn't expect the 'old school' small business service River City Mechanical provided, but i'm glad I did. We will be hiring them for our AC service as well. Thanks Chris!

Chris the owner, came out to my house looked at the heater and within an hour he had it diagnosed and back up and running for a fair price. I am a customer for life.
