Rocklin Heating and Air is a reliable company that gives good service. We feel confident having them service our HVAC twice a year after a problem free installation. Raymond is our service technician. He has given us good advice to keep our system running at top efficiency.

The two-man team was very friendly and efficient. I enjoyed their camaraderie; they worked well together, and to me that indicates Rocklin Heating & Air is a good company that treats its employees right. I will call them again if more HVAC work is necessary.

The crew was very professional, showed up on time, did a thorough clean up and took time to explain the system and the next steps in completing the permit process. They are taking care of us very well. We used them for maintenance on our old system, this one was about 20 years old and we opted to replace it to prevent future problems.

Joe, our technician, was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue much cheaper than another AC company had quoted me. It was a brief but excellent experience!

My A/C was not cooling, just running the fan. I emailed about it at midnight and had a callback first thing in the morning, then a technician here that afternoon. He fixed it temporarily until a proper fix could be done a few days later. All good now.

They came out as scheduled. Found out that I had a bad capacitor and replaced it with a new one which they had on the truck. Checked out the entire HVAC system, drained water from an overflow line and critiqued the system. They were in and out in an hour. As usual they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

From start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, ensuring I got exactly what I needed with out high pressure sales tactics, and creative when they ran into a issue with the unit being too large to get through the door. I would highly recommend this company over and over again.
