Drew was very thorough with his inspection and took the time to fully explain what is going on. I’ve used this company for repairs previously and like the last time I am extremely satisfied with the service.

While the technician could not fix my issue due to the builder install, he walked me through how to address it with the appropriate company. Additioanlly, he told me to contact him if I had questions or concerns with the other HVAC company.

HVAC supervisor (sorry I forgot his name) came by to check my HVAC unit that was installed by Rocklin Heating and Air over two years ago because another company did the maintenance and found out that it was not cooling properly. The supervisor took the time to explain the problem with the unit and I am very pleased to learn that they are going to fix it without a charge! I have so much faith with this supervisor because he knows the technicality of the unit. Rocklin Heating and Air truly do stand behind their work. I highly recommend this business to others, like how I recommended them to my neighbor who is across the street from me, who also got his HVAC through Rocklin Heating and Air (I believe he is also a happy customer).

My 104 yr old aunt has an old furnace. I called over 30 companies and this was the only company who had the knowledge and know how to repair it. Drew was amazing! Knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, friendly and courteous!! Hailey was always helpful and a joy to talk to. I wish that there were. 10 stars to give them! I can’t thank them enough!!

Joe came out and detailed our situation. He gave us a quote right away. We are getting a couple more estimates but will probably use RHA because they have alway done good work for us before..
