These people are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond for you and I will never use anyone else! We called the company at 5 pm on a Saturday when we noticed our furnace wasn’t heating the house. He arrived on Sunday at 10 am. So happy with the work that they do and the customer service that they provide exceeds all expectations!

LA HVAC Expert today installed a new heat pump and a new air handler. They also removed the old equipment and left the place clean. They were on time and answered all questions. They did not leave the job site until the new equipment was running and we were satisfied with the work. The technicians that did the install, were extremely polite and focused on giving us our money's worth during the install of our new heat pump and air handler. The techs from LA HVAC Expert were not only on time, they arrived about a half hour earlier than expected. Went to work right away installing my new heat pump and we're done by late afternoon/early evening. Probably the most seamless experience I have ever had with a service like this.

The technician from LA HVAC Expert, Bob, was very professional, answered all questions in understandable terms, was efficient in assessing the actual cause of potentially conflicting system readings, and then made the proper repairs. Other technicians need to take the time - like Bob did today - to properly assess symptoms and adjust service plans to address the real cause of an observed condition.
