Our technician from LA HVAC Expert arrived at the scheduled time and did a through and professional inspection and maintenance of our heating and cooling system. He gave me a good status of our system and helpful tips on how to keep it in food condition and upcoming periodic maintenance tasks. The technician was friendly, courteous and respectful of our property and took appropriate health measures to keep everyone safe. So glad we signed up for LA HVAC Expert maintenance plan.

My furnace broke down the other night, and a technician arrived within an hour of my call to repair it so I didn't freeze at night. I'll definitely have him out to service my furnace soon to ensure there's nothing else wrong with it.

Alex did an awesome job trying to figure out why my furnace didn’t work. He stuck around until he fixed it! He got it done and now it’s nice and warm. He thoroughly checked everything. Prior to doing anything, Alex talked to us about what's going on and what the cost would be. I recommend them to all my peeps!

Bob was fantastic. We had him do routine maintenance, and he discovered that our furnace was leaking CO2. He spent lots of time explaining everything, showing us the readings on his testing equipment, and talking to us about options. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
