John provided consulting on our single family badly functioning HVAC (his work load precluded near term work on our equipment). His analysis was spot on and identified upgrade options that I would not have thought of. His advice has proved very valuable in subsequent dealing with HVAC suppliers. John is very professional and considerate. He was running a little late and called to let me know he would arrive later than expected. While working on heater he explained what he was doing.

John came as scheduled to do a service and he saw that things were working and suggested that I call later when there is a problem. He didn’t charge me anything for his time and ensured that he will be the one I call when the system goes down! He was great!
