I wish I could give Red Bluff Heating 10 stars!!! They have definitely gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us!!!!! After being gone for the summer we came home to find our heat was not working. My husband doesn’t tolerate cold well so, to us, it was urgent we get it fixed. We called Red Bluff Heating and they actually rearranged their schedule to send someone out to look at it that afternoon. Unfortunately, it was the control board and, because it was a Friday afternoon, he wasn’t going to be able to get the part till Monday. First thing Monday morning we got a call from Brent saying he’d found a board in Redding and was sending his wife up to get it and would be out in the afternoon to install it. Talk about FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We couldn’t be happier with their service!! This is the third time we’ve had them service our HVAC system and each time they have been on time, professional and able to diagnose and repair the problem efficiently. We HIGHLY recommend Red Bluff Heating, Brent and Nick are the best!!!!

This company has earned all the 5 star reviews! My ac unit broke down on a Wednesday and was given appointment to look at it Friday that same week and was fixed in the same afternoon! Granted might have been a simple fix but wow stellar work from Nick. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained to us the issue in simple terms. Will use them again in the future for yearly maintenance.

Amazing service! Brent came out quick to fix our AC that our dog had chew the wires to. He was super nice and very efficient. We just bought our home and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Red Bluff Heating and Air is an amazing company hands down! I called at 8:30am and my AC unit was fixed by 2:00pm. Nick was my service man and he was fast and knew what he was going. 😀

Our AC went out and after bids/calls with a few companies I felt Red Bluff Heat and Air were the route to go. After review of the home and equipment by Brent with consideration of multiple options, we had our split AC and gas furnace replaced with a variable speed mini split in a ducted configuration. Also had ducting re-done as ours was old and not well sealed. Brent and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions thrown at them. They got the job done on time, as scheduled and the work done was very clean, neat, and looks better than the original equipment/ducting. Highly recommend this company.

This company is amazing! Nick came out a day early and within 10 minutes, my AC was ice cold! I would have paid so much more than what they charged! I recommend them 100 times over again!!!

I recommend Red Bluff Heating and Air conditioning. Nick (serviceman) was professional, polite and was prepared to explain everything he was doing. In a scale from 1-10 I'd give them a 9, only because noone's a perfect 10 right.
