Man I've been stressing all weekend about my AC because of these reviews. I just had to pay out of pocket for a brand new water heater last month so this was just, ugh. The AC leaked through my ceiling a couple weeks ago, causing a bubble and then it stopped cooling my house on Friday so I put a request to my warranty and they assigned these guys. Unfortunately it was the weekend at that point so my house was between 85 and 91 the whole weekend. I tried to call on Saturday but no luck. He called me back first thing Monday morning though and said he would be here between 10-12, he got here at 1030. He looked in the back said something with a C was broken, went up to my attic and said that looked fine, the line was clear. That maybe it was the dirty filter causing it to leak. There might be an evil spirit involved with that as well, lots of things were going wrong in a short period of time so maybe the sage fixed that problem. Anyways...He was going to swap the filters for me but I have misplaced the entire box I ordered a few months ago, sigh. He went out to fix the "C" thing, let me know its fixed a few minutes later and that the warranty would send me an invoice. My house is currently at 79 degrees and its never felt so good before. I am happy. Thank you.

Horrible experience and the worst customer service I have ever received. Could not diagnose leak, said they fixed parts that they did not actually repair, scheduling was a nightmare, and they cracked my toilet upon reinstallation. Ask for a new company if your home warranty assigns them. Trust me

Worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Called my home warrenty company that my AC was not working. Because of the holiday weekend i did not get a call from the repair company until tuesday morning. When he showed up my daughter told him there was no air blowing and before it broke down it was not cold. He replaced a motor heard the unit inside turn on them grabbed his stuff and left. Never checked to make sure all was working correctly. It's not working. When i called him directly about it he said he would get back to me and work me into the schedule, the next day. It's 90 degrees in my house. Don't ever use these people.

Old republic Home warranty send us this company to install a water heater. Two years later, the water heater tank ruptured and flooded my house. Flood could have been provoked if proper installation was applied and tank would have been installed up to code standards. Caution with this company Adel the owner is very unprofessional and he did not assume responsibility after 3 other plumbing companies stated it was a bad install. Use Cation. Currently seeking legal counsel to take this company to court for the damage they caused and refused to cover. Adel was offered to make it right and he stated, "Just sue me." Not the way business should be conducted Sir, also the home warranty company was upset with Superior Plumbing for supposedly "insuring his work" but failed to fix his mess.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! I am only putting one star because it doesn't allow zero stars!!!! They replaced our AC unit. The day after they left, it started making a ton of noise. He swore that a specific coil needed to be replaced against our wishes because it wasn't giving us trouble and the insurance didn't cover it. Now we find out that it DID NOT need to be replaced. He left cardboard in the fan of the unit. Poor quality install and two years later it won't hold freon because it all leaked out. He didn't even install a filter pan, and two years later said that the pan was extra money. Why he didn't tell us before, only him and God knows. ADELE has no idea what the hell he is doing. He is a complete jerk on the phone. Disrespectful, rude, very frustrating and hard to communicate with. He refused to come out and fix the problems he caused and blamed it on the unit. Everything is everyone else's fault and problem. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, never give this company your money. You WILL regret it.

AC repaired. Technician was thorough with inspection of the unit and circuit board. He sought out the part as quickly as possible. He was honest and did not try to overcharge or find a bigger problem for a higher cost. Would definitely use this company again.

Very disappointed and actually quite frustrated. We have been without air going on day 10 now. First, they had to order the part (compressor). That took 5 days. Granted, our warranty company was likely the cause of most of that delay. But the Superior serviceman, Adele, never checked the inside unit after installation. Then, he left. There were problems with the inside unit. So, we had to ask for a call back. They waited two days (through the weekend) before coming back. Once they got here, they did not open the unit or look at the coils. Without looking, he said the coils needed cleaning, even though we had cleaned them already. Instead of working on the unit, he said he didn't have time to fix it, and he left. Unbelievable!

Had our Air Conditioner and heating system Unit replace was very happy with the service and very honest.....compared other companies was referred by friends and was glad I did.....reasonable and excellant warranty and they stand behind there work! When you call you cant expect them to be there in a instant they are very busy...although they will show at the time they tell you ...you have to be patient!

Don't call this company, they are very "UNPROFESSIONAL" I been asking them for My Job report for over 3 months now and nothing. The job was performed in May 15th, 2018 and till today October 23rd 2018 I still don't have my report, plus they performed a messy job and when you try to explain to Adel, he gets very mad as he is a very rude person,, I'll Never do business ever again with them.
