I had Robin from customer service and Anthony M. as my plumber and both were amazing. I had called 11 different plumbers and this one was the first one to be able to handle my request. Anthony was a pro identifying multiple bastardized fixes and coming up with a permanent solution.

Robins customer care was absolutely professional and understood my concerns. When they say leave a voicemail they get back to you immediately.

God forbid I have another plumbing issue but this company is the first one I'm calling because of Robin and Anthony. Absolutely true professionals.

Alex Fillmore did a great job at installing our fixture. He was professional and courteous. We appreciate the consistency of great service at Bill Howe.

Tony and Rico from Bill Howe are awesome!! We live in a high rise HOA and only had four hours of water shut off time to change out 11 angle stops- definitely a tight deadline, but they made it happen! They also helped us with installing a new garbage disposal, faucet, dishwasher, and sink hookups. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing projects. Thank you!!

Sam G came out on a Sunday, assessed the leak source, offered to fix it now or during the week when less expensive for me. Very competent, very professional, very nice. Quoted me a weekday price then came back and handled it Tuesday and charged me that price even though I think he had to do a little more work after he started the process. Bottom line would absolutely use Bill Howe (and Sam G!) again.

Bill Howe Plumbing delivered as promised and then some! Pattric was the responding plumber and was able to resolve our after hours situation and get us out of our emergency. Our family was staying at an Airbnb that had water coming through the shower drain all of a sudden at 6pm. Justin from Bill Howe came within 45 minutes and solved the problem quickly! Bill howe plumbers are always very professional and efficient! I highly recommend this company!

Terrible, Horiffic Service. Do NOT use this company NO MATTER WHAT!!!! This company has caused so much unnecessary pain and anxiety in our family.

We hired them because of a leak we noticed downstairs. For an entire YEAR, yes an entire year, their lack of communication and unresponsiveness has been appalling. Finally as the project came to an end, we finally enjoyed a mere few months of having our house back to ourselves...

Imagine the shock and horror when we came downstairs and saw the same exact leak as before. More than half of the visits made are uncoordinated and a waste of time, as the work that is necessary requires multiple steps ahead of time and nobody seems to care.

They might have a licensed contractor on staff but they clearly do not have their hand on any part of this business. They designed the shower so that the sloping retained water instead of proper sloping towards the drain (amateur hour) They destroyed the slab for the threshold which was very expensive, and they did not hot mop underneath the threshold which they claim is the cause of the second leak. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and have never seen such blatant disregard. We still have not been given a SOW or a timeline and we are over a year into this process.

FREE would be to expensive for what this company will do to try and destroy your lives, with their slow Chinese Torture approach to plumbing and communication.
