Stan's AC & Heater Repair is an exceptional business. The owner came out and gave an estimate in a timely manner. Met and explained all options . And was able to have installation scheduled to meet tenants calendar. The team came out and installed a new efficient heater and air conditioner in two days. Courteous in all stages . Safety protocols in place. I highly recommend, 5+ stars

So first off this is one of the very few companies that services mini-splits they did not install. With the exception of one other company none of the other places I called services mini-splits they didn't install. Since I have been living at my place for the last 3 years and the system was already here, of course I don't know who installed the system, so I appreciate them doing checking out our system. Secondly, this company came out within 2 business days all other places were taking about a week. This was not an emergency but it's good to know that if you do have an emergency they will be there. Finally, staff took the time to explain to me how to make mini-splits work better and did the regular maintenance needed on our system. Good, professional service! I will definitely be calling back for regular maintenance and recommend them to friends and family.

I am so pleased my daughter called them and made arrangements for us. My AC wasn't working yesterday. staff came in today at the predetermined hour and found the problem immediately. He had the needed part and fixed it in no time. He was very professional. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely call them back when the unit needs servicing

My tenant called to say the AC wasn't working. Checked reviews and called Stan's AC & Heater Repair co.. They were able to get a tech out the next day and quickly found the problem. I approved repairs and they had the AC back up and running for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Stan's AC & Heater Repair co.installed a brand new A/C system and furnace for us this past May. My initial meeting with staff is what sealed the deal. staff is easy going, no pressure, not pushy, no big staffes/marketing pitch like many of the other HVAC companies we met with. He presented us with straightforward pricing options which were honest and fair, again, unlike ALOT of other HVAC companies.
The initial install went well. The crew we had out was professional and very hardworking.
After about two months we realized the air distribution seemed uneven throughout our house in areas where it could be more equal. We contacted Stan's AC & Heater Repair co.and they were quick to send staff out to adjust our dampers to even out the air distribution. staff was also part of the crew for the initial install. staff is an absolute pleasure to work with! He is extremely professional, polite, and focused on customer satisfaction.

While there were a few small issues after the initial install, we still gave Stan's AC & Heater Repair co.five stars because their customer service is top notch! They are always quick to respond and fix any issues without hassle which is what really makes them 5 star service.

They gave me a great deal on new air conditioning and heating systems as well as duct cleaning services. I am very satisfied with the company and plan on using them for a long time.. it's really too good service..
