So first off this is one of the very few companies that services mini-splits they did not install. With the exception of one other company none of the other places I called services mini-splits they didn't install. Since I have been living at my place for the last 3 years and the system was already here, of course I don't know who installed the system, so I appreciate them doing checking out our system. Secondly, this company came out within 2 business days all other places were taking about a week. This was not an emergency but it's good to know that if you do have an emergency they will be there. Finally, staffam took the time to explain to me how to make mini-splits work better and did the regular maintenance needed on our system. Good, professional service! I will definitely be calling back for regular maintenance and recommend them to friends and family.

Had a pretty good experience here. I called for 2 quotes, the original installer was 1300 and this one was 1250 to 1450. I went with this one because the original one told me there was no way to see how long ago they did it. Sounded like bs, so I picked these guys. Final price was 1799. The installer, Luigi, was very good. Fast, clean, well spoken and efficient. From the first phone call to a hot shower was less than 12 hours.♥♥

My tenant called to say the AC wasn't working. Checked reviews and called Pacific Coast Air ConditioningHeating and Air Condition. They were able to get a tech out the next day and quickly found the problem. I approved repairs and they had the AC back up and running for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Sam was on time, he was a true professional and knew his craftwork! His price point was extremely low and very much fair. He explained the work in detail and was very organized with the explanation! They saved me a ton of money - another company wanted to perform a completely unnecessary service for a new sound that we were hearing with our system. staffim came by, reviewed everything and was able to point me to what the sound was - our pump activating more often than we had experienced in years due to an unusually humid season! He was able to determine nothing was wrong, and I got a better understanding of how our system works. First time using this company, l was impressed by the service technician Adam as he called me 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know his arrival time. Once he arrived he followed COVID19 protocols and addressed all my concerns related to my AC unit. Adam was able to troubleshoot the problem and resolve the issue within the hour. The AC is working great again.

These guys did a great job. After the install was complete they had to come back to move the breaker panel and staff was very easy to work with on a solution of who's responsibility it was and how much to charge me. I'd definitely use them again
