Without going into details, I would like to qualify my comments by saying that I have an extensive background in maintenance and construction. Johnny's A/C has done a number of jobs for me and my acquaintances over the last 8 years, all of which were done on schedule and flawlessly. I can say flawless because I personally inspect every inch of their jobs. If Vic is the tech that responds to your service call, consider yourself fortunate: he is the best diagnostic a/c mechanic I have ever seen.

Last week our AC went stopped blowing cold air, we started searching for AC repair near me and found Johnny's. They sent out Vick, who was courteous, punctual and very respectful! He did a thorough diagnostic, explained everything in a way i could understand, and fixed the problem efficiently in a shorter time than i expected. He didn't insist on doing extra stuff I didn’t need, and from the 3 HVAC companies I called in Pasadena, their price was the best. I knew that Johnny's AC is the kind of air conditioning company in Pasadena that I could count on. The technician knew exactly what happened after evaluating the issue. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem. He went the extra mile to make sure everything else in the ac was working. He had the knowledge and expertise to explain clearly and calmly about the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. I asked a bunch of ac questions and he had intelligent answers! If I could give Johnny's 10 stars I would. They just installed a new furnace for us and have done repair work on our A/C in the past and I will gladly continue to use them in the future because they are dependable, courteous, technically excellent, and extremely professional. We are currently in Escrow and the home inspector that was here said the heat was not working during the inspection. We were surprised to hear this because it had been working previously. I called Johnny’s Air Conditioning who had just replaced the blower motor and control board about a month back to come take a look. It was a Monday and they said our previous technician Vic didn’t have any openings until Friday. Not more than two hours later there was a knock at the door and It was Vic! When Vic checked things out he informed us it had been tampered with. It was a shock to hear and it felt violating to think of a supposed professional coming into our home and corrupting our system. Thankfully, Vic corrected the problem and only charged me for the service call. I am very grateful to him for being honest and fair. It helps to know there are people that do, do the right thing.

Johnny's is our go-to vendor for AC repair at the 3 apartment complexes that we manage here in Pasadena. Last week, one of our tenants heating system went out, and Johnny's had a guy here within 2 hours on a weekend! They're the best at their trade - Highly recommended.
