Fantastic experience. They were very professional and responsive when our system went down. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Johny's Heating & AC Repair tech was very knowledgeable and professional!

Vic went above and beyond. There are not enough words of gratitude to express what a wonderful/amazing job he did. He was at my Mom's house for almost 5 hours diagnosing and repairing her HVAC on 8/21 (well over 100 degrees in the house).
Long story short, my Mom had been hospitalized. The HVAC stopped working. My ex-brother-in-law attempted to fix it (without permission) and made the issue even worse (wires dangling, screws missing and etc). Most people would have walked away but we were trying to get our Mom home to start hospice. After figuring out why the unit stopped working (again very difficult as our ex-brother-in-law made a complete mess of the unit), he replaced the motor (after having taking everything apart to find the missing screws to mount the unit), blew out the drain line and topped off the freon, there was finally cool air blowing throughout the house.
Because of all of Vic's hard work, we were able to bring our Mom home and she passed in her home (her last wish) with family around her.

We had to call them over the holiday weekend because of an emergency -- We had a house full of family from out of town with no fresh air! Luckily they were open and were available to come sameday. AC was up and running within 2 hours max. Highly recommended

Vic has to be one of the most knowledgeable AC guys around, truly informative as to why our unit stopped blowing out cold air, and got it fixed without having to install a whole new system. GREAT COMPANY

I called the same day and had a tech come out within the hour. He was able to fix the problem, and the charge was reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future if there are any more issues.
