I called Patrick from Right Away to trouble shoot our air conditioning which sounded like a freight train when it came on. It also over cooled in one area, and undercooled in another. Last year, after I paid the $75 service call, another large family AC company had previously checked it and told me I could do nothing. With a simple adjustment to the motor speed, the noise level has decreased significantly, and with an addition of a diverter, I will be able to get a more balanced airflow. Patrick and his men were very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I am thrilled with what he did.

I have been using RightAway for HVAC service and maintenance for over 4 years and have had great results with them. While having work done outside, a contractor accidentally severed the underground control wire to our A/C system. As always, Right Away came through. I called and explained I had a slight emergency and they were here in less than an hour and had our system working within an hour after that. Thank you to Patrick, Travis and the rest of the Right Away team. They run a professional and expedient operation. I highly recommend RightAway.

I was very happy that I called Right Away Air. We arrived for vacation at our family's Palm Desert condo and found the air conditioning wouldn't cool. After a very hot night, I left a message the next morning for the company who had most recently serviced the unit, but something about their recording gave me the feeling that I wouldn't get a response. So I decided to look for an alternate service company. I found some nice reviews on Yelp, so called & left a message. My call was returned by Patrick within the hour, and he was able to come out shortly thereafter. Patrick was pleasant & professional, explained the possibilities of what the problem(s) could be and, ultimately, of what they actually were. We needed a couple parts to get things up & running, but by afternoon the place was again cool & comfortable. I never did hear back from the previous company that I had left a message for, so it was definitely the right move to call Right Away Air.

For that — the reason for my call — they deserve ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
But for a perfect score… the 2x/yearly service contract seemed $$$ @ $159. Worse: the price to service my 2 units: 2 x $159 😳 no bundled price?! Flo from Progressive would be apoplectic rn. Also, googling or whichever engine Nextdoor uses produced 4 Right Away listings and more than one phone number — “Housekeeping!”

(I’ll update if I’m hired for Marketing, or at least Copywriting.)

Its really a " Right away " experience. I called @0123 pm of 06/30 and they arrived right away in my front door @ about less than 30 mins from the time i called and Ms. Pat received my call. Patrick has been helping us in our AC issues for the second time now. The first time he helped us was last 2014 and now 2016 and he really knows what he's doing. He was able to repair our AC in less than 30 minutes. And to top it all they dont charge much. Its just a reasonable amount. Im really amazed on how they arrived right away for i have an elder living in my house and i got worried that they will sleep tonight without AC during this very hot weather. But thank you so very much to " Right Away Airconditioning " for arriving and repairing our AC right away. Good job...

We contacted Right Away via their online appointment scheduler last Saturday and were contacted back almost immediately to give us an appointment for Monday morning at 9AM. We were told they would call in route.

Just shortly after 9AM I was called by a girl in the office to schedule an appointment. When I told her I already had an appointment she said they could not keep it because someone had called in sick and could schedule me for 5 days later which I was no longer available for because I had moved around my schedule to accommodate the Monday appointment. When I tried to schedule for the following Monday I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could be here.

She was not willing to honor the appointment we were given by Patrick or to work us in in a timely fashion. Their employee calling in sick leaving them short handed is not my responsibility.

As the name says, they handled my after hours call "Right Away" and did a professional job! They even pointed out that the part failed premature due to improper installation from the last repair service. Thank you for fixing it right and your prompt service!
