Right Away AC is hands down the best AC company I have used. They are extremely professional and quick. My AC unit broke down at 1 am, you could barely go inside the house because of how hot it was and they showed up within 30 minutes and repaired it as well as a few weeks later they cleaned and replaced my swamp cooler. All of this was done quickly with minimal fuss and came with a full report of why they fixed what they fixed and how. Best AC company easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Patrick has taken care of our air conditioning needs for several years now. I have seen his business grow and I understand why. Patrick has always provided exceptional service. This summer, late at night, the cool air at my mom’s house stopped working. A technician arrived within 30 minutes of calling and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Used Right Away AC for the installation of our total HVAC System during our complete remodel of our Palm Desert home. 2 Roof Top HVAC units, Ducting, Vents, and Thermostats. They are professional, polite, trustworthy and stand by their word. Install was done clean & efficient, and the new system works amazing and nearly silent. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Patrick and his team are great! My mom moved into a rental house and it was discovered that the ducts contained asbestos. Our landlord hired Right Away AC and they in turn hired a certified asbestos removal company, who also did a great. Patrick and his team then proceeded to install a whole new duct system plus new registers in areas that were not getting enough air flow. They did everything in 2 days. Now we have clean and safe air in my mom’s home. Right Away AC is professional, honest, clean and we are confident to recommend them. Thanks Patrick!

Right Away was a recommendation from one of our Board Members. I am so very grateful, because from the first conversation I knew we were going to be in good hands. Patrick came out to assess the situation with the Animal Samaritans Shelter, and was immediately making recommendations on how we could tackle the project in the best, but least expensive way possible and with minimal disruption to the animals in residence. From the very beginning of our project, Patrick treated us like family. We encountered several issues with our old duct work, but Patrick found the perfect solution to each problem. Jerry and Travis arrived on time every day and were friendly, professional and respectful. Patsy efficiently coordinated the third party duct testing and inspection by the city and was great at communicating those time frames. We are thrilled with the work that was done and I cannot praise Patrick and his team enough. It was a pleasure dealing with each of them and a welcome and wonderful experience to be treated fairly and honestly.

I panicked when my AC went out. I called a few places and they either didn’t answer or couldn’t service it right away. I called Right Away and Patrick answered with a very friendly and helpful demeanor. He took the time to walk me through potential issues and solutions, and even offered me some possible costs to help ease my mind. A tech was at my door in 20 minutes (this was at 7pm on a weeknight). The tech was professional and knowledgeable, explained the issue and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He also recommended a few little tweaks I could make to improve the cooling. The price was very reasonable (less than expected!) and the tech used current technology (emailed invoice, recommendations and easy payment). Very very happy. Next time I’ll call Right Time first!

I have used Right Away AC for five years and they have never let me down! The first time I called, Patrick installed a new AC in one day at a rental condo that I own when the Home warranty company told me it would take six weeks to get a part. I have referred Right Away and used them on other properties- I am a realtor, and Jerry and Patrick have never failed to be “Johnny on the spot”. Last week I had to have my own AC replaced, and again, it was done in 1 day after I called.
Right Away also installed a split AC in my garage, which is one of the best things I’ve ever done. Getting out of my car in the garage in July used to be a sweaty dash inside-not anymore. Whether you need routine maintenance, repairs, or installation, I highly recommend this professional and ethical company.
