Omar was just perfect for our AC system maintenance job. He was masked, fully vaccinated and totally professional. He performed vent repair and AC recharge in record time on our early 80's unit without batting an eye. Call these people first, they are the best!

Air Conditioner failed during 120 degree temperature after former AC contractor canceled routine maintenance appointment. Tried calling AC company that installed unit and found out they had gone out of business. Company that assumed services sent a technician that wanted to sell a new compressor and would not honor manufacturers warranty. Palm Desir Air Conditioning and Heating Co. sent Damien Hernandez, that diagnosed and repaired entire system by replacing defective parts and adding freon. This was accomplished in one day and resulted in over $4,000 ins savings. Definitely a 5 star company.

We’ve had Palm Desert Air Conditioning service our unit for the past 19 years. They have always been very prompt, professional and courteous. Additionally, and most importantly, PDAC has provided expert maintenance and annual service that’s kept our AC unit running like a top. BTW - All their techs are great but Johnny is exceptional. I have had a contract with Palm Desert Air for several years where they come out twice a year to check my heating and a/c. I couldn’t be more pleased. Recently I came home on a Sunday nite to find my a/c only working minimally. I called them first thing Monday morning and they sent one of their great techs out. I needed a new thermostat. He installed it for me right away and because I have a contract, I got a nice discount as well. Excellent service and all their techs are so knowledgeable, friendly and nice‼️

I was getting ready to go on vacation and my AC went out. I called the company that had installed it but the name had changed. They said I needed to replace the circuit board and it could not be dealt with for 4 more days when they could get parts. Then I called Palm Desert AC, Damien came out and I told him he was a second opinion. He went through everything, did diagnostics, called the technician assistant from the company of the AC and realized it was that the thermostat was not communicating with the AC unit. He fixed a few wires and it was up and running. Saved me from delaying my vacation and saved me lots of MONEY! Damien was the answer to my prayers.
Now a month later, Damien came back for a check up and it is still running great. I will now be taking all my business to Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating. Thank you Damien for taking great care of me.

I have been using Palm Desert Air for 3 years now & couldn’t be happier! They are so quick to respond & friendly. We requested our air ducts to be cleaned and also needed an air purifier.
