I needed a new heating and AC unit. After researching prices and service I chose Palm Desert. And have never regretted the decision. Everyone I interacted with was professional and concerned about giving the best service. Which is what I got. Thank you. In particular, the installation staff worked long hours in hot and cramped quarters without complaint and were always willing to try their best to meet my expectations. Which they did.

I did a lot of research and obtained estimates from 3 different companies. Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating offered a top tier brand, American Standard at a lower price than other companies were selling third rate brands. They were also the only company that offered a complimentary 2 year maintenance program. The installers, Dean and Dennis were on time, very professional and worked very hard. They were quite knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and looking to a long relationship with them maintaining my new AC unit and heat pump.

Working with Palm Desert AC has been a great experience all around. From Jean in the office, along with Lin the service manager and all the techs, I could not have asked for a better HVAC company to deal with. Simply outstanding! I had a new efficient two stage AC and heat pump installed. The technicians who installed and adjusted the unit were very professional and worked efficiently. You cannot go wrong using this company.

I've recently had some problems with an AC unit that is 10 years old. I decided I wanted to fix it and try to get some more mileage out of it. From initial quote with Linn to installation (1day new AmStd 5T) all went well with $200 in tips as their team was well deserving. PD Air installed last Trane in 1995, lasted 27yrs. Same professional quality I remembered.

Today is 123 degrees and the ac at work went out yesterday at 2:30. When we came in today it was 90 degrees in the office. Our management company said their vendor couldn't come until Monday afternoon. Two business days was not going to work. I called Palm Desert Air Conditioning and they were here in half an hour and fixed it right away. They saved us from having to close down for two days. They will be my first call next time!! Quick and efficient assessment and bid for furnace/AC replacement. Several options were priced. I went with the American Standard 80% efficient furnace with a paired 5-ton 14 SEER air conditioner. Lin followed up with an on-site visit to finalize details, answer questions and sign the contract. The installers arrived promptly at 8:30 two days later to do the replacement. They were professional, courteous and tidy, finishing the install by mid-afternoon. I highly recommend Palm Desert Air, a locally owned company, for your furnace and AC needs.
