he came in and immediately didn’t listen to what i was complaining about for my heater, and since it works for a short time after my heater turns on, he said it worked and left after that. he spoke over me multiple times and only turned on my heater and called it a day. very unprofessional and very rude. i highly dont recommend if you want someone to treat you badly in your own home. if i could leave a 0 star review i would

Gas heaters were installed 20 years ago in my SOMA building, and Duane has been keeping them in good working order. I've had very few problems over the years, but when I need him, he helps. He is such a great guy. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
