They were here on time, very polite and friendly. Took a little while to find the problem,but he did find it, and fixed it,and was on his way. The cost was fair and we were pleased with the outcome. Great company!

0 stars!!! Our air conditioner hasn't been blowing cold air. Grimes sent a tech out , told us nothing was wrong! A $95 service call to tell my wife nothing was wrong?! Obviously something is WRONG THE AIR IS NOT COLD! Made an appt with an experienced AC company and they are not charging us a $95 service call fee to come out!! They "want to help not rip people off" that's how confident they are they will fix it! I'm furious I came home from working a 12 hour day to a 89• degree house!

My dad Mike had work done from Scott at Grimes Heating and air and was telling me how happy he was about the honest and professinal service they did for him, He usually doesn't praise to many people unless he is very pleased with how he was treated and how good the work was. I will use Grimes Heating and Air when I need something done, I know I will get great and honest sevice.

I had a new unit installed and quality and service were outstanding . I have heat and air flowing through my home better than it ever has before . I highly recommend Grimes Heating & Air . Fast service and always on time !
