Randy came over my daughters condo to provide us with a written estimate. We had the estimate the next day. I signed it, and he sent his crew out as soon as the parts were in. This was a retrofit from a 1965 system. The entire system was removed, and new ducts diffusers were installed without any mess. the crew was very fast and neat. I would recommend Rand Aire to anyone in Southern California.

In addition to the quick replacement of our dinosaur thermostats, we wanted to get a mini-split ductless heating/cooling unit installed in our 2nd master suite over the garage, always too hot in summer and too cold in winter. The guys from Rand Aire are always on time, professional and do a great job including complete clean up of the work space. The price was exactly what we expected. They were very thoughtful about the placement of the equipment, both in the room and outside, locating it so that it was hidden from view behind the gate to our pool equipment and making sure there were no areas of access for critters (which I hadn't even thought of myself). Everything works beautifully. When we had an issue with one of our furnaces on a weekend, I got help immediately. Previously, they replaced all of our old A/C ducts and did an exceptional job so that it wasn't strewn about the attic floor as it was when we bought this house. Everything functions better now. We have referred Rand Aire to family and friends knowing they will also get the same quality work.

Randy was quick, efficient, honest and professional! He accommodated our schedules and we felt very taken care of. Ill be honest, we had NINE different A/C companies come out and no one compared to Randy and his team. They were competitive, fair and extremely knowledgable! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had my new install of a Fujitsu multi zone mini split ductless a/c/heat installed 1/17 by Rand Aire after reading many reviews. They had not a lot of reviews, but good ones. I liked the concept of a family owned business, just felt more personal. They came in with a crew I could tell from the git-go who knew what they were doing.,, answered my questions along the way, and wrapped it up smoothly, and cleaned up all their "leftovers" I called Randy 4/18 as I felt it wasn't cooling as new. He came out the next day, added a small amount of refrigerant (there was a fitting that had vibrated loose from the factory), and as good as new. Would I use them again, YES. Would I recommend them to a friend or family member, YES. Jim
7/20/22: Follow up to ..I had surgery up-coming so I called Randair, as my living room Zone 1 seemed to be not cooling up to par. They sent a 2-man tean and went to work after catching up on personal stuff. About half hour later, Gerardo came up and said the pressure was a little high in the zone, bled some refrigerant off and stabilized the system. After awhile he said it appeared one of far remote zones had a problem with the pump that sends condensed water back to be discharged and was shutting the system down. Replaced the pump, fired the system back up , and Presto..back to normal.

Rand Aire came highly recommended from a friend, and they exceeded all expectations! James and Gerardo installed a new A/C unit and replaced our furnace, which was very old. They were professional and friendly (and funny!) and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We set the thermostat to 68 degrees and our teeth were chattering - the unit is amazing! I would definitely recommend this company!

I have worked with Randy thru my employment for about 14 years and he was always efficient, timely and did his due diligence. My company was always happy with his work. Since I retired 4 years ago I have been calling Randy for work in my personal life. I have been extremely happy with his work. I am a member of a Woman's Club with two very old Air Conditioning units in our building and Randy has been keeping them running for us for the last few years.
