Rand Aire has been my Air Conditioning Contractor since 2005 when
he installed the AC/Heater unit. We have been very happy with his work
over the years and would recommend him very highly. Honest, trustworthy
and very knowledge of his work.

My AC stopped working during the heat wave and I had no luck getting my AC guy to come out last minute. I received a referral from a friend and decided to google for a review. I accidentally pulled up Rand Aire and saw all the great reviews. I decided to give Randy a call and he actually returned my call. He came over within 90 mins and fixed my AC. (Loose wire as it turns out). He is such a friendly person and very knowledgeable. Can’t thank him enough!

Rand Aire is the best! They do great work and use high quality equipment. Randy knows this business and his workers are experienced and easy to communicate with because they all speak English. Very professional, honest, integrity, reasonable pricing and stand behind their work and products.

Randy and his crew arrived at the stated time, tarped the floors to prevent anything getting on the carpet. All were polite and professional. Randy kept us apprised of their progress. The system was tested prior to them leaving and everything was cleaned before they left. I would definitely recommend Rand Aire for all your heating and air conditioning nedds.

My in-laws furnace was very old and needed replacing so I got Randy's number from a mutual friend. He came out promptly and determined it needed replacing being that it was 30 + years old and was no longer up to code. His estimate was half that of two other contractors and was extremely professional. Randy and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Two thumbs up!!

Did a very nice job with our A/C install. Randy and his guys did clean work, were fast, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Rand Aire was one of the only subcontractors I hired during our home addition that had staff I was comfortable leaving my wife and new baby with while I wasn't home.

Randy and his guys were very thorough evaluating our house and letting us know what it would take to install central air conditioning in our house. They gave us a good price and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any a/c or furnace installs or repairs

Randy Miller came out last year to quote a new A/C installation on a ground up renovation I did in Laguna Niguel. We installed a new Bryant slim line compressor, aux fan, line set, coil over existing FAU, and a brand new ducting system and relocated the air return. Incredible job by James and the crew. Look no further if you need a new HVAC system or maintenance on an existing unit.

Having AC issue, especially in the hot summer season, is never good.
Fortunately, Randy and his team at Rand Aire do fantastic work that gets you back up and running quickly. Prices are always fair and their workmanship is flawless. As a repeat customer, I fully recommend Rand Aire.
