I was very pleased with Mighty Ducts. We decided to replace our HVAC system which was almost 30 years old. I had met Andreas about 3 years ago in the Home Depot parking lot where he gave me a card since I was considering replacing our ductwork. I kept an eye on their reviews and we finally decided to pull the plug to replace the whole system. Andreas was thorough in evaluating our system and providing details/recommendations to improve our system. The quote was higher than I had hoped, but the cost of all construction material is way higher than it was a year ago. Their staff kept us in the loop as the installation day approached and their team arrived on time for our 2-day project. Their crew was thorough and the journeymen were some of the hardest working people I've seen. As a supervisor, I would love to have such motivated people. I can't speak highly enough about their attention to detail. They modified a couple of the tasks while installing the new system which they had not anticipated. but still made the adjustments to the project even though they didn't have to do the extra work. The entire crew was great and Matt was a great Project Manager. Marie kept us in the loop the whole time and was very patient with all my calls. We had this work completed in late May 2021 and the installed AC actually developed a problem after a few weeks. Andreas came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and completed all the warranty paperwork to replace the AC unit ... which has been working well since being replaced. I highly recommend this company and thanks to Mighty Ducts / Haven for keeping us cool this summer and for many years to come!

Amazing company all the way around! Our a/c broker right at the beginning of summer, so we called another company to have them take a look and prepare a bid. The amount came in high, so we called 2 other companies to get some alternative options. The other 2 options were both lower and pretty close in price, so we chose Mighty Ducts out of the two because of the transparency and knowledge of their technicians. When their team sent someone out to look at our home, they didn't try to upsell us on anything, and put together a realistic solution for our home, and they were extremely knowledgeable about the entire process in order to explain the scope of work that needed to be done. During the installation, their staff was on-time and performed the work quickly and carefully. Through the entire process, everyone was easy to reach and quick to respond to any and all of our questions. 10/10 will go back for future service needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in the orange area.

We hired Andreas, Marie and their installation team to install a new 3 zone Lennox HVAC system with new ducting as well. We could not be more pleased with their work, especially their professionalism. The job took 5 days to complete and they even provided us with two portable AC units to keep us comfortable while they installed the new equipment. They delivered on everything they promised and actually delivered more than we expected. I absolutely recommend Mighty Ducts - give them a shot, you will not regret it and I guarantee you will be impressed. BTW, I would also like to acknowledge the installation team - Matt, Julian, Sergio and Ryan - they were all great guys that were very respectful of our home not to mention they all were very personable. It was a pleasure working with you Mighty Ducts!

We have been using Mighty Ducts for the last eight years. This is a family owned business. Andreas and Julien are prompt, considerate, highly skilled and unfailingly honest. We trust them so much, we had them do a major repair in our home while we were on vacation. In hot weather they do get very busy, so please be patient for your call back, but it is worth a short wait.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of companies anymore that place service and customer satisfaction above profit. Mighty Ducts is an exception! They were referred to us by another satisfied customer.
Although they were not the cheapest bidder, we're really glad we went with them. The quality of their equipment, cleanliness of the installation and their great after installation service is super. I highly recommend this company. It's run by a tight nit family who know what they're doing.

Mighty Ducts was a lifesaver for us. Our ac stopped working on the hottest weekend, but not until night time on Saturday which is when I called and left a message. I got a response from them first thing Sunday morning and Andreas was here by 11am and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Both the ‘first responder’ - Marie, and Andreas were professional and happily helped. He also entertained other questions we had about our ac that had nothing to do with the issue that day, and gave us a lot of information. Great service all around!

This is adding to my prior review- had these wonderful folks out again to help with general maintenance with the heater and vent systems - always happy as they are professional, exact in their work and tidy!! Thank you Mighty Ducts !!! I wish I could give you and your team 10 stars !!!

WOW! If I could give Andreas and his team 10 stars, I would! Why? Andreas came out to our home, explained in detail the bandwidth issues with our current duct work to equipment ratio. It made perfect sense- Andreas is a true professional, as he advised on the issue, answered all our detailed questions, put the quote together and finally delivered.

With my OLD duct work, it took nearly 2 HOURS to heat my home an additional 5 degrees- the NEW duct work, it takes 10 MINUTES to heat my home 5 degrees warmer!

Andreas and his team were prompt, delivered what they said would be delivered, and were very clean...and friendly!

I would recommend Andreas and his team all day long, everyday, over and over- in the long run, I will be saving money as it will not take HOURS to heat my home...it will take MINUTES!

I am truly amazed, and appreciative that we found this company! Our neighbor recommended Mighty Ducts (the best kind of reference IMHO), and we are so happy! :)

We used Mighty Ducts for two new systems after ours were dying. The attention to detail and quality with this company is unlike anything i've seen in any industry. Julian and Andres set great expectations, the crew and team were polite and went OUT of their way to meet our needs and the cleaning on a daily basis candidly more than just the mess they made. My wife walked up one time as they had to move a couch to refit an duct and they were vacumming our home. We cannot be happier. The duct work and making our system more efficient was unreal. We had several bids and they were in line but the recommendations were so more accurate and right.

We've been using Mighty Ducts for a few years now. I will not use anyone else. They replaced our entire residential HVAC. At the time, our home was 20+ years old whereby we had two prior inadequate systems. The unit with Air-Flow modifications by Andre of Mighty Ducts has never worked better. Our home finally gets cool. And the best part, we use less electricity. Service and follow-up is superb.

The Mighty Ducts team did a fantastic job adding a new AC system to our house, which required us to redo the ducts in entire house. This was not an easy job. The result is a system that is very quiet and our electric bill is down at least 50% each month. Moreover, they are very prompt and professional with regular service.
